We deliver personalised, targeted exercise programs to people diagnosed with cancer and other chronic diseases. We also have available a quiet space, social areas and information sessions.

Some clients may require a referral from a GP or specialist. Ask about this at your next visit or come in for your initial assessment and we can guide you.

A referral is necessary if you are attending through Veterans Affairs or Medicare (TCA/EPC). If you are unsure contact our reception staff on (02) 4001 0113.

Our reception staff ((02) 4001 0113) will assist you with making an appointment at a convenient time.

Initial consultation will take approximately 1 hour. This ensures time to talk to you about your condition, your goals, wants and needs, gain an understanding of any limitations or side effects you may be experiencing, conduct a physical assessment, and put together a suitable and individualised program.

Follow up consultations and final assessments will take approximately 30 minutes.

Exercise sessions last for approximately 1 hour.

Sessions start from 08:00 am and final session commences at 3:00 pm. Monday to Friday availability.

  • Information/referral from a doctor/specialist etc.
  • List of current medications.
  • Water bottle – filtered water is available.
  • Sweat towel.
  • Any equipment necessary for your medical condition, example portable oxygen, blood glucose meter etc.

Comfortable exercise clothing and a pair of closed training shoes.

We have ample dedicated parking at the front of our building. Unit 2/4 Ironbark Close Warabrook.

Payment may be made by cash, EFTPOS or direct debit to our bank account. We also have a HICAPS facility for use with your private health insurance card. TCA/EPC claims, arranged through your GP, can be made through our reception staff on (02) 4001 0113.
